Dear Friends,
As we are approaching Xmas and
for some Winter Solstice, Do not forget to check this third list. We are remembering those that have gone to
school with us, and are in happy land.
You can write me a line or two
on any of the individuals so that we may know more about them and have their
name placed in the Circular´s file for posterity.
Also remember that there is a
Blog spot where you can read all the emails and see all the photos that you and
others have sent.
Published every week, do not
hesitate to ask for the missing number to idmitch@anguillanet.com, http://abbeyschool2014circulars.blogspot.com/,

My dear
brother & friend sir Henry Bailey,
Here is a
little tale I came across about that place you call " the
mount",
To see
more of these tales you must go and dig deep into our blog, where we keep all
our secrets.
It is a
pleasure to have you on board, you are the only person to be added to the club
list this year.
We seek
only the best of best.
Our
standards are high, and expect nothing less from our members.
Welcome
to the club sir Henry - its a pleasure to have you on board.
Best
regards cheers
glen
mckoy.

Bailey Henry
Welcome,
Dr. Bailey to the ASAA (Abbey School Alumni Association.)
We've
been trying for over 13 years to contact all the Old Boys (we call them OB's,
in case you're wondering about our strange terminology) of MSB, and it's always
a treat to finally locate just one more of the group.
We correspond
largely via email rather than Facebook or Linkedin, as there is a lot of
material being sent around, and we'd probably find it difficult to send it via
these other media.
We'd love
to communicate with you also, but for that to happen, we'd really need to have
your mail address.
Should
you wish to share it with us, please forward it to me at: nigelboos@yahoo.ca
Glad to
have you on board.

Lecturer - Economics / Health Economics
Hi All –
Thank you
for the warm welcome into the group, and thank you for the accolades Jon,
although in reality I am just a regular person- living by grace and fighting
the same challenges as anyone else.
Glen - I
actually remember you at MSB (you would have been in IV or V when I was in Prep
or I)- you used to play the guitar during recess and at the time I thought that
was so cool:
That
image was part of the inspiration that led me to eventually take the instrument
up (although certainly not as good as you!).
Thanks
again and I look forward to seeing where this group leads.
Henry.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------.
Excellent
connections, a pleasure to see all the different fields of expertise.
Making us
a diverse group, Hopefully a benefit to all in due course, in some way or the
other.
Its a
pleasure to have Dr. Henry Bailey in our group, Congratulations, His leadership
will only help in building a stronger foundation, as we forge ahead to build
this unique group, of very interesting individuals.
Cheers
Best Regards –
Glen
McKoy.

Gentlemen,
please join me in welcoming to our group another Old Boy who is more qualified
academically than all of us!
First
degree in economics then two Masrers degrees then a PhD!! Wow!
He is a
senior lecturer at UWI and at the Lok Jack Graduate School of Business @ UWI.
We are
building quite a lot of horsepower with the team so far and let us continue to
develop our group as a strong team of professionals as well as lifeling
friends.
I suggest
you each send Henry an invite now to connect on Linked-In since we all need to
be directly connected apart from indirectly through this group.
Many
thanks. J

RE: A Golden Circular No 600
Dear Sir George
& the All Knight Circle.
The Clock
is working well, because every one of us play our part, which ever piece you
are on this Chess Board the Knights of "White Stones", Mt.Tabor.
Some of
us knew, when we left the the Mount, this reunion would never end.
Long Live
Our club.
We feed
off each other, we are a Golden Circle of Friends, not one of us Volunteered to
do this, a Spirit came to me and told me to write.
What's
your excuse ?.
You
cannot pay us to do what we do.
We have
something good, why not water it and see it grow.
I think
we have a Good Crop this year, we should Harvest It.
I have
come the conclusion, this Club have tried every avenue for a united body, we
remain 202 strong in this Club now, from 2012 people, who live & worked, as
teachers, cooks, cleaners, gardeners, nurses, drivers, bursars & Day Boys
ha! ha!.
We are
men of honour, we got respect from everyone of these people.
We were
living in a world in another world, those of us that document and archive this
very important part of Trinidad history, that have spread across the world,
only out of respect to those that share of this once in a life time Shangri-la,
the lest we can do & lest we forget.
The Abbey
School, Mt. Saint Benedict, Tunupuna, Trinidad & Tobago.W.I.
Nigel is
our Present, I cannot even start to write about Nigel, Our Knight of Light,
also Our List Maker & Book Keeper, a very important role to hold,
We cannot
acknowledge a member unless he is in our books.
Nigel is
Understood, a Great Big Brother, like Ladislao, Jon, Don, George, Clive,
Atilla, Anthony, Freddy & So Many.
We will
all die, but how many of us will make the Full Circle,
I love
you guys, you live life in a rich way, in true friendship, we share our ups
& downs, we care for each other, and I really feel that in my heart.
I would
like to say, I could not have chosen better friends, brothers or colleagues,
This
Golden Circle, Best of The Best, Cheers to whatever we do, or wherever we go,
I'll be there, Forever Your Friend Glen.
Big
Thanks for all the acknowledgements, its goods to know, we have touched some
souls. Long Live Our Mount, Gracias,
Adios
Glen McKoy.

demonstrates courage, persistence, determination and through circulars a club
of past students-young, not so young and "older".
Kind

From:
Nigel P. Boos <nigelboos@eagles-wings.ca>
Alan,
Thanks
for the note.
Would you
please let me know what year you left MSB and in what Form?
Can you
name 3 of your contemporaries?
Also, how
about a paragraph telling us how you moved from Architecture to (apparently), a
furniture business.
Do you
have a website?
Finally,
it's interesting that you graduated from UCD.
So did I.
I
completed my B.Sc. in 1969 and returned to TT to teach for a year at CIC before
joining Amoco in '70.
Thanks
again.

again
both from University College, Dublin.
Best
